Chi Limited: Hollandia Family introduces lactose free easy-to-digest milk
In view of discoveries that majority of Nigerians are lactose intolerant and are unable to digest Lactose present in milk due to rise to symptoms varying from bloating to flatulence, nausea, cramps, diarrhea, and stooling, Chi Limited has introduced a new product to the Hollandia Family –Hollandia Lactose Free Easy-to-Digest Milk.
Statistics shows that with the launch recently, Nigeria now its first ever Ready-to-Drink (RTD) lactose free milk.
While stressing that most consumers may not easily link these symptoms with lactose intolerance due to poor awareness, the Chief Executive of the company, Mr. Deepanjan Roy, said the availability of Hollandia Lactose Free Easy-to-Digest Milk means that all Nigerian consumers will now be able to experience a wholesome healthy experience.
He therefore called on many Nigerians who may have stopped use of milk in diets due to the fears to now switch to hew product because of its richness in calcium, proteins and vitamins.
