Explaining more during an event to mark the commencement of training for 2017 in Lagos, the chief executive officer and Programme Director of RCB, Oluwatoyin Egedi said, “We honoured to have been accredited by the federal government. This is a great achievement for us that will no doubt impact our trainees positively as they can now embark on industrial training programmes in government institutions and reputable private organisations upon completion of their training here.”

She noted that the accreditation covers all the programmes offered the centre which include Cosmetology (Make up, gele tying and beauty therapy), catering and baking, beads accessories and clothing embellishment. Others are event decorations and management, photography and slippers and bag making.

Continuing, he averred that “In the last three years we have trained more than 1000 women and youths. Majority are educated women who have been stopped from professional careers by the challenges of parenting. We tailored our progammes according to what each individual’s family commitments allowed and we are proud to announce that many have gone on to build fledging businesses that allows them adequate time for the family with the skills they acquired here. We have had women come in from as far as Ghana and Cameroon to train with us and this excites us.”

“Rullion has been able to help women and youths develop self-confidence and achieve financial freedom with the new skills they learnt. We not only train but also support women to build SMEs. We will be opening centres across Nigeria in the nearest future and look forward to working with government, non-government organisations and corporate bodies in reaching more Nigerians.” Egedi concluded.
