Analysis of today’s market activities showed trade turnover settled higher relative to the previous session, with the value of transactions up by 215.93%. A total of 1.19bn shares valued at ₦19.23bn were exchanged in 10,369 deals. UBA (+9.55%) led the volume chart with 214.94m units traded, while GTCO (+10.00%) led the value chart in deals worth ₦6.24bn. Market breadth closed positive at a 7.00-to-1 ratio with advancing issues outnumbering declining ones. ZENITHBANK (+10.00%) topped fourty-eight (48) others on the leader’s table, while HONYFLOUR (-4.29%) led six (6) others on the laggard’s log.
