Following the introduction of new digital systems designed to make processing of International Passport seamlessly contactless by the Ministry of Interior under the new Minister, Mr. Olubunmi Tiunji-Ojo, there had been mixed reactions.
Whereas many see the innovation as iconic, others who have tried the portal met several obstacles.
According to one user, Amb. Julian Itaman, he decried the system saying “Very impressive, but I tried using the portal yesterday, and although it was difficult scaling through the passport uploading stage, I eventually did.”
“However, entering other details including the “Title” was not enabled and with that, you cannot proceed.
“I have to stop. I think the Minister needs to know about this so the process can be more seamless.
