In a terse email, the said “Please disregard all phone calls and text messages requesting for your OTP to complete an online banking registration on your account.
Fidelity Bank will never call or send you an sms asking you to provide OTP, PIN or any personal bank details.
Continuing, Fidelity further advised its customers to “Kindly report such calls to Trueserve by dialing 070034335489 or forward the message and phone number that sent the message to true.serve@fidelitybank.com immediately after you receive them.
