Fidelity advises customers against answering, responding to scam calls, sms
Nigeria’s leading tier 1 banking giant, Fidelity Bank Plc has once again sent advisory notes to its customers via emails advising them not to fall victims of cyber-attacks by conmen who demand their personal details like OTP, PIN and other personal details.
In a terse email, the said “Please disregard all phone calls and text messages requesting for your OTP to complete an online banking registration on your account.
Fidelity Bank will never call or send you an sms asking you to provide OTP, PIN or any personal bank details.
Continuing, Fidelity further advised its customers to “Kindly report such calls to Trueserve by dialing 070034335489 or forward the message and phone number that sent the message to true.serve@fidelitybank.com immediately after you receive them.
