…Gives up date on ASPMDA digitization
Ahead of Wednesday, April 26, 2023 celebration of the first 100 days in office of the administration, the general Secretary of the largest auto market in sub-Saharan Africa, Auto Spare Parts and Machinery Dealers Association (ASPMDA), Comrade Juventus Uche Okpala-Okaka (Onwerechukwu Aguata) has given clear insights on the way and manner for members to access allocations in the newly secured ASPMDA Extension from the Trade Fair Management Board (TFMB).
This is as he has revealed that “we have started the process of computerizing the shop documents in ASPMDA and after computerizing the shop document that will give room to the e-system government we promised to run in ASPMDA.”
In a telephone interview over the weekend, he told Business Hilights that it is a thing of joy that the new administration has gotten fresh space for plaza development by ASPMDA members.
According to him, “On the extension we’ve gotten from Trade Fair Management, we are told to apply individual.
“However, the kind of president we have in the person of Hon Ngozi Emechebe; he decided to not go for his selfish interest but to make it open for all people of ASPMDA.
“So I think it’s a big plus to ASPMDA; where the younger ones that has not gotten plaza will have opportunity to have their own plaza. So he did it to extend helping hands to as many as possible in ASPMDA. So that is the process we’ve started.
Comrade Okpala-Okaka further made it clear that every interested ASPMDA member is eligible to apply as directed by the TFMB and follow up the allocation process.
