All is set for the glorious dedication and opening of multibillion naira church auditorium of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) on Sunday 12th February 2023.
The imposing structure is coming on a 14 floors featuring an auditorium seating 4500 which can also be hired as a concert hall. It has a multi-storey Car Park that can take in 673 cars, rooftop terrace, Helipad, automated and integrated lighting system, sound and video systems, electric car chargers and smart access control.
Currently, the building offers short and long term leases for the commercial spaces including a gymnasium and wellness centre, medical centre, recreation zone, ATM gallery, A-class restaurant and food court, and more.
This makes it a complex for work, leisure and play. This is built by City of David, a parish of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, on Victoria Island, Lagos.
Officials say the essence of the commercial angle of the edifice is to among other things, generate income for their many charitable projects.
