Barely four days after the Federal Government moved to integrate SIM cards with National Identification Number (NIN), all four leading networks and other related service providers have opened portals for subscribers who had gotten their NIN to register.
MTN Nigeria in a statement statement on its official website, averred that “To Capture Customer NIN details. “Y’ello, Please Note . This is solely for the purpose of collating NIN pending when verification of the submitted NIN is completed through NCC/NIMC, the status of the NIN submitted is unverified; this means you might be required to visit again for verification/validation based on outcome of the verification exercise. Thank you!” the statement added.
