Cordros Dollar Fund for initial public subscription gets SEC nod, opens today

The leadership of Codros Asset Management (CAM) is happy to inform Nigerians and the investing public that it has received approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to open the Cordros Dollar Fund (CDF) for initial public subscription.

The Application List will be open from Monday, November 25, 2019 to Friday, December 27, 2019.

In a terse statement made available to Business Hilights, the company said “The Cordros Dollar Fund was created to help you, our esteemed clients, diversify your portfolio with US Dollar Denominated investments. One key objective of the fund is to help you achieve capital appreciation as the fund grows and to provide competitive returns than is obtainable in an average domiciliary account.”

“The Initial Public Offer opens with 20,000 units at $100 each which brings the initial fund size to $2,000,000. The minimum initial subscription is 5 units ($500) and subsequent subscription will be in multiples of 5 units ($500).  The Fund Prospectus and Application Form will be available from Monday, November 25, 2019.
