Nigerian high ranking first class traditional ruler and Obi of Obinugwu, Orlu Local Government Area of Imo State, HRM, Eze (Dr) Cletus Ilomuanya, CON, weekend commissioned the Faculty of Arts, Annex, University of Calabar, built in his name during the 32nd convocation of University weekend.
Some of the dignitaries during the commissioning included the Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof Zana Akpagu and Rt Hon Chuma Nnaji, representing Imo State Governor-Elect, Emeka Ihedioha.
