In keeping with its customer service drive and trade promotions for leading cooking oil in Nigeria, Mamador Vegetable oil, PZ Wilmar has conducted first of the three programmed draws for the ‘Mamador Kitchen Makeover’ promo in Lagos.
The first draw saw a total of 372 winners emerging from the on-going national consumer promotion, Ms. Monsurat Hammed becoming the first winner of the ultimate prize of a full kitchen Makeover.
Monsurat emerged winner after her number popped up on the electronic raffle draw screen.
In no particular order, one after the other, winners began to emerge in their numbers and at the end of the draws, not less than 372 winners were recorded.
Prizes won during the first draw cut across sets of customized cooking pots, deep fryers, standing cookers, double door refrigerators, chest freezers, gift bags and the ultimate prize of a kitchen makeover. Many of the winners were called on the spot to demonstrate the credibility of the promo.
Explaining more on the promo, Category Marketing Manager, Chioma Mbanugo, noted that only consumers who had accumulated up to six stars before the draw date and had received a confirmation via text were eligible to win prizes in the first e-raffle draw.
While describing the first draw as very successful and exciting, she averred that “We believe that this first draw will go a long way in showing consumers that we mean business when we say we want to enhance their cooking experience, but most importantly that the promo is a fair and credible one.”
“As we have demonstrated, all participants in the Mamador Kitchen Makeover promo have equal chances of winning, and they can win over and over again. Those who don’t yet have up to six stars need to keep buying so as to qualify for the next draw.
Giving further details on how 372 the winners can redeem their prizes, she revealed that provisions have been made for winners to redeem their prizes at designated locations close to them across the nation.
The draw was graced by official representatives of the National Consumer Council (CPC), Lagos State Lotteries Board (LSLB) and National Lottery Regulatory Commission (NLRC).
