The Minister of Communications, Barr. Adebayo Shittu on Tuesday in Lagos commissioned an ultra modern e-Learning centre built by the Charted Institute of Bankers’ of Nigeria (CIBN) to deepen digital education.
The project was built in honour of Alhaji A.O.G Otiti, pioneer member of the Institute in Nigeria
