Capital only goes to where the operating environment is attractive—Elumelu
Leading campaigner of Africapitalism and chairman of United Bank for Africa (UBA) Plc., Mr. Tony Elumelu @TonyOElumelu, tweeted weekend, saying “We need to improve the operating environment and when this happens capital will be deployed.
Continuing, he sounded it loud and clear, saying “Capital only goes to where the operating environment is attractive”.
“In order to advance our continent, we need to get the private sector involved! We need long-term investments”.
