The Enugu Zonal Office of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), on Thursday held a Consumer Conversation forum at Abakaliki Local Government Area Secretariat in Ebonyi State.
Officials say the event is in keeping with NCC’s year long programme of Year of the Nigerian Telecom Consumer launched March 15, 2017 to deepen consultation with consumers and other stakeholders in order to address the challenges of the telecom consumer in Nigeria.
Expectedly, issues connected with quality of service, management of complaints, fears about radiation from telecom masts and towers, among others were discussed at today’s Conversation in Abakaliki by all stakeholders including telecom service providers, NCC officials, consumers, mass media professionals.
