Lead controlling parastatal for the federal government on issues of ICT, the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) has won the Outstanding Government Agency of the year Award.
In the recently organized Titan of Technology Awards, an annual event organized by Technology Africa, NITDA picked the award based on its resilience in driving technology development in the country.
Mrs. Tarelisa Konyefa, Acting Head, Lagos zonal office of NITDA, received the Award on behalf of the Agency.
The Titans of Technology Awards is organized to celebrate and recognize organizations, institutions and individuals at the forefront of ICT adoption and usage in Nigeria.
The award’s 12th edition ceremony was held at oriental Hotel Lagos, where NITDA’s Award was presented to the Agency in recognitions of the drives at ensuring IT compliance among MDA’s and affecting high level of professionalism in the industry.
