How Lagos State shut S/West to lead others in 2016 regional IGR generation
The newly released report on 2016 Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) by geopolitical region and states has shown that every state has enough potentials to grow it economy, but for lack of foresight or laziness.

Findings from the report revealed amongst other thing that taxation remained a key enabler in states IGR and should be taken seriously.
Another inference is that any state or region that is friendly to industrial activities and investors always gets the best in terms of IGR.
Again, being hostile to investors will only weaken chances of growth in IGR.
