As part of his eight-day world tour which started in Saudi Arabia weekend, US President Donald Trump is live now in Jerusalem after a brief arrival pleasantries at Tel Aviv Airport few minutes earlier. Trump said his mission is to see how there will be lasting peace in the region.
During presidential talks later, Israeli President Reuven Rivlin said “we are friends for peace and we do everything possible for peace” and President Donald Trump concurred.
President trump is expected to leave Israel later for Vatican, Italy from where he will fly back to Washington. He had earlier exchanged pleasantries at the Tel Aviv Airport with Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu and other top officials.
