Considering the observed defiance of top foreign airlines in the use of Kaduna Airport since the relocation to the airport on grounds of repair works at Abuja Airport, the federal government is contemplating to use Nigerian airlines and some foreign carriers to operate from the Kaduna International Airport to London.

The seems to have exhausted all diplomatic means to compel the affected airlines before the development of the new idea which sector experts termed Plan B.

The Minister of State of Aviation, Senator Hadi Serika, said these while responding to questions from journalists after inspecting activities at the Kaduna airport.

Sirika and his Information and Culture counterpart, Lai Mohammed, had accessed activities at the Kaduna Airport before coming up with the new plan which experts say may or may not fly after all.

Kaduna Airport currently serves as an alternative to the Abuja airport pending when repair works at the Abuja Airport will be concluded in the next five weeks.
