In an interview on Tuesday night, monitored on a leading national TV Station in Lagos (TVC), he noted that “There is no alternative to the present administration because no other party presents better plans than the All Progressive Candidate (APC).”
According to him, “In Nigeria, you cannot use a presidential debate to judge in a country where most real voter have little or no time to watch a debate”.
“Most of the watchers of during the debate are those that do not vote, they are not. So, if you use debate to judge, you can just make some statistical judgment about your preferred candidate.”
“Debate does not really determine outcomes here in Nigeria. So, until the Election Day when you will see the grassroots, youths and family men and women in the community will move and take decision.
“Winning elections do not depend on debate, but it depends on how we mobilise not even the enlightened people, but mostly the youths and market women. The market women did not watch that debate, it is not their problem. So, I don’t see our president Buhari losing the Election.
“As I have always said, President Buhari will be returned and Nigeria will be better for us all.
