Since the arrival of Floating Dock ordered by the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) on June 2018 with the aim of making money for the Federal Government, it has been lying idle with huge daily running cost without any form of income what so ever.
Recent checks show that the agency is still waiting for mere approval to put the multibillion naira marine infrastructure to use.
