Today, 2nd March, 2017, at the Board Room of the LCCI at No 1, Idowu Taylor Street, Victoria Island by 11am, the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) in collaboration with the Commercial Office of the Egypt Embassy in Nigeria will hold a business meeting with the Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI).
The AOI is an Egyptian organization based in Cairo, Egypt and produces high-tech electronic equipment; products and systems equipped with automated production lines and integrated testing.
In an invitation emailed to Business Hilights and signed by the Director General, Mr. Muda Yusuf, LCCI said the AOI has 13 factories covering a wide range of sectors which include:
Electronics: TV sets, LED lamps, Street luminaries, educational systems, solar systems;
Infrastructural projects: surface water purification plants, sea water desalination plants, sewage water treatment plants, High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) and Railway industries.
Others are 4×4 passenger vehicles, firefighting and rescue vehicles, Medical equipment (beds, incubators, sterilizers), and many other products.
LCCI further noted that the company is seeking to meet prospective businesses to establish partnership with in Nigeria
The Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry is the premier chamber of commerce in Nigeria. Founded in 1888 and incorporated in 1950 as a non-profit making organisation, the LCCI promotes supports or opposes legislative or other measures affecting trade, Industry, commerce and agriculture. The LCCI has over 1,500 registered members and is well known for its annual “Lagos International Trade Fair” which was launched in 1977.
