LASG, CCECC celebrate first closure of continuous beam on Blue Line Rail project
The Lagos State Government Transport officials led by the Managing Director of Lagos Metropolitan Area Transport Authority (LAMATA), Engr. Abiodun Dabiri and Director, Rail Transportation, LAMATA, Engr. Olasunkanmi Okusaga in company the managing Director of China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC), Mr. Jiang Yigao, have hailed the successful delivery of the first closure of the continuous beam of the Lagos Rail Mass Transit, Blue Line Rail project.
According to Dabiri, the feat is an indication that the scheme will not only be delivered on schedule, but deepen transport experience of Lagos residents.
In his remarks, Mr. Yigao assured steady work on the project and regretted any inconveniences coming from momentary road blockages in the course of the construction may cause on motorists.
Business Hilights recalls that the emerging Blue Line rail scheme will move traffic from Badagry end of the international highway to the centre of Lagos Business District (CBD) on delivery.
