President and CEO of MTN Group, Mr. Bob Shuter has revealed the readiness of MTN Nigeria to resume skeletal services following Monday’s reopening of its Head office on Falomo Roundabout.

Recall that last week, the leading telecoms giant interests in Nigeria came under mob attacks as part of reprisals carried out by aggrieved Nigerians youths, thus forcing the company to shut down all outlets and head office for safety and advised workers to work from home pending when normalcy will return.

In a terse interview with Channels TV monitored in Lagos, Shutter who regretted the trending xenophobic attacks on foreigners in South Africa reiterated MTN’s strong stand against xenophobic attacks.

He said peace is gradually coming back to touched areas in South Africa even as a meeting he held with top Nigerian security chiefs on fallouts here in Nigeria is fruitful and progressive.
