Just in: Agbazuere wins Reps Primaries, assure people-centric laws if elected

Immediate former Chief of Staff to the Abia State Governor and Professor of laws, Prof ACB Agbazuere, has been announced as the winner of PDP Primaries for House of Representatives for Isiala Ngwa North, South Federal Constituency.
Addressing his supporters shortly after the announcement of the results, Prof Agbazuere who thanked all the PDP delegates for voting massively for him, averred that “Now, am ready to make better laws for my country. Today I feel happy that God Almighty has been able to answer my prayers to properly position me to making the laws of our country; making people centric laws, and ensuring that things are done properly.
Continuing, he added that “I am of the view that all three organs of government. The law is the most important. Even what the judiciary or the courts do is to interpret the laws as made by the lawmakers. The executive only implement laws as made by the lawmakers.
He said “So those that are making laws for any society should be the best brains. Having not been there, means that my country has been missing so much.
Prof Agbazuere noted further that “for me to come up is to take care of workforce; take care of our security; the army and all of them. It’s like they just work but not enough is meant for them. Laws that will take care of the unemployed will come up. You know today, if you are unemployed, unlike what happens elsewhere,…”
