The Managing Director of First City Monument Bank (FCMB), Mr. Adam Nuru has disclosed that modern banking transactions have powered away from paper to technological innovations and data analytics.

Giving insights on the bank’s newly-acquired Mobile App, he said that it offers great opportunities in financial transactions, particularly in banking service access. He was quick to observe that being technology compliant is also a way of building capabilities needed in the evolving digital world.

According to him, the technology coming with the new App will drive increase in engagements with existing and prospective customers to exponentially scale up customer acquisition and transactions at a lower cost to serve.
