Leading Pan African bank, Ecobank Nigeria, has flagged off a customer assessment scheme in Nigeria.
In an email to customers, the bank said “As part of our ongoing efforts to provide better services, we’d like to learn from your recent customer support experiences.
“Can you help us by answering a few questions?
“It shouldn’t take more than 1 minute, and we’d really appreciate your feedback.
