‘Coordinator of nation’s affairs’, Osinbajo set to unveil MSMEs Clinic tomorrow
Acting President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo will today, Thursday in Katsina launch a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Clinic, as part of efforts to enhance economic activities in the country.
Though the Senate had on Tuesday, voided President Muammadu Buahri’s clause transmitting his medical trip to London to the lawmakers describing the position of Osinbajo as the Coordinator of nation’s affairs, the lawmakers overruled him, relying on the provisions of the law to regard the status of the Vice president under the circumstance as Acting president.
Katsina State Commissioner for Commerce, Industries and Tourism, Alhaji Abubakar Yusuf, announced this while briefing newsmen in Katsina on Wednesday, revealing that during the visit, Osinbajo would interact with entrepreneurs on their challenges and how to overcome such problems.
