The national leading body of tax professionals, the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) in collaboration with the Enugu State Internal Revenue Service (EIRS), have honoured the Executive Chairman of Imo State Internal Revenue Service (IIRS), Mr. Justice R. Okoye, FCA over his unprecedented reforms and results in Imo State.
Business Hilights reports that the award was presented in appreciation of his invaluable support and active participation during the South-East Zonal Sensitization Programme.
Speaking to media executives shortly after the award, elated Okoye averred that “The recognition highlights my commitment to advancing tax education, fostering inter-state collaboration, and strengthening the implementation of tax reform initiatives across the South-East region.”
