Am in Trade Fair Complex to Make Peace, Grow Business Security—ACP Chike Oti

The Association of Progressive Traders (APT), Lagos International Trade Fair complex remains the most peaceful trading business group in the complex. This was the revelation of the President, Chief Eric Ilechukwu while playing host to the new Police Area Commander for Area F, Festac Town, Lagos, ACP Chike Oti, who was on a working visit to the complex.

Chief Ilechukwu, who doubles as the Trade Fair Stakeholders Forum (TFSF) chairman, further explained “APT is the largest jewelry shopping complex in Africa and we have maintained super-highest standard in quality products and customer service over the years. As am talking to you now, some of our members have ventured into production of jewelries after years of importation.”

“We are peace lovers and we are dealing on genuine products you can trust.

“APT want to thank you for finding time to visit us and we want to assure you that we will partner with you to maintain peace. I want to officially invite you to our annual ‘Open air prayer/thanksgiving service at the central arena tomorrow, February 12, 2026.

Chief Ilechukwu thanked the new Are Commander for finding time to tour strategic business associations in the complex including APT.

Responding, the new Area Commander, who in company of the Trade Fair Police DPO, thanked APT for being the most peaceful market in Trade Fair and assured to build security synergy with APT within the period he will stay. He assured to use intelligence and arbitration to track matters that may come up for adjudication under his command.

Business Hilights gathered ahead of coming to APT, ACP Oti had visited ASPMDA, where he assured to work with the President, Hon. Ngozi Emechebe for the stability of the largest auto spare parts market in Africa.
