Activities for the celebration of Auto Spare Parts & Machinery Dealers Association (ASPMDA) 26^th anniversary are now in top gear as the President has revealed the date of the event to be Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at the ASPMDA main gate arena.

Business Hilights reports that ASPMDA is the largest auto shopping complex in sub-Saharan africa seating in Lagos International Trade Fair complex.

Speaking at the February First Monday prayers of the market yesterday, he said a committee has been put in place and their activities have started with the aim of giving us a befitting celebration come next two weeks.

He used the prayer session to thank the Exodus President of ASPMDA, Chief Dr. Ages Charles Okeke for his vision 26 years ago in finding and developing this place for the posterity of Ndigbo in Lagos.

He also called on him to identification and brief greeting of the congregation which the former President did because he was in attendance for the Monday prayers as always.

During his speech, Mr. President also reechoed the passage of the chairman of ASPMDA Founding Fathers, Chief Victor Amadi late last year in Lagos and also the passage of another prominent member of which the members observed a minute silence thereof.

He also thanked the team of ASPMDA Pastors for their preparedness and continued delivery of well-packaged prayer session for ASPMDA from year to year.

Going further in his address, he opened up on the state of ASPMDA musical instruments, saying some speakers and critical instruments are in need of changes.

Accordingly, he started changing of the instruments with the donation of a new set of standard speakers for ASPMDA Household of Prayers.

He made it clear that ASPMDA will continue to have and maintain the best musical instruments as far as it remains the largest and best managed market in sub-Saharan Africa.
