The Imo State Internal Revenue Service (IIRS) in collaboration with Imo State Ministry of
Transport, Security Agencies, and relevant stakeholders, has notified the general public that a State-wide Enforcement Exercise on Daily E-Ticketing for all commercial vehicles, tricycles, and motorcycles operating in Imo State is scheduled to commence on Monday, 3rd March 2025, and will run through Monday, 31st March 2025.
A public notice signed by the Executive Chairman of IIRS, Mr. Justice R. Okoye averred that “All commercial motorists are advised to obtain their tickets from sales agents at various locations within the State before 12 noon daily to avoid being penalized.”
