President of the Nigerian Association of Tyre Marketers (NATM), owners of the Africa Tyre Village Plaza, Lagos International Trade Fair complex, Ahlaji Isah Akanbi Mohammed, has pleaded passionately with the ED/CEO of Lagos International Trade Fair complex, Dr. Barr Vera Ndanusa to as a matter of urgency embark on serious palliatives on the main service ring-road of the complex ahead of the rainy season.
Speaking to Business Hilights in an interview in his office on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, he said “I think the ED should work more on our roads to prevent flooding. Just the little rain today; and everywhere is flooded especially the stretch along my gate down to Tools & Hardware main gate. It’s terrible today as you can see. Many cars are submerged foe just a rain of less than one hour”

Continuing, he added that “The ED need to focus more on the roads to make it more accessible. She has been trying her best. She’s been tackling a lot of problems, but I think she should face the challenge of the roads now more than any other issue bordering the complex.
“She should start with palliative while we wait for the national assembly promise of reconstructing the entire ring-road.”
On his message to tyre customers across Nigeria, ATV President assured them of availability of original tyres at affordable prices from time to time.
He also called on his members to continue on the policy of importing only genuine and quality tyres which the ATV has been noted for over the years.
