
APT members cutting 17th anniversary cake in style last year, ready for 18th celebration this year
President of the Association of Progressive Traders (APT), who currently doubles as the Chairman of Trade Fair Stakeholders Association (TFSA), Chief Eric Ilechukwu (Akunwafor-Anyirico) has announced that come Tuesday, February 18, 2025, APT will roll out drums and celebration activities to mark their 18 good years of doing business in the complex.
In an interview in his office with Business Hilights on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, he revealed that “Every year we celebrate our anniversary by thanking God for growing our several businesses and the association from strength to strength because it’s never by our power, but the grace of God.
“We have been progressing every year and every year we come all out to thank God for his goodness and mercy to each and every one of us in the plaza.
On his message to APT members, Chief Ilechukwu recalled that “Whereas I have delivered all my electoral promises when I was going for second term in office, I will continue to do more for the progress of APT till my administration is over.
It would be recalled that APT since Chief Ilechukwu’s first term, has nicknamed him ‘Mr. Project’ due to the way and manner he was delivered development projects that touches businesses and people’s lives in the plaza.
He therefore advised members to continue to keep faith with the association by maintaining rules and regulations and also paying utility bills as and when due.
