Leading Professor of Transportation and public affairs commentator, Professor Samuel Gbadebo Odewumi on September 10, 2024, delivered that the prestigious Inaugural Lecture number 99, in the history of the Lagos State University at the Ojo main Campus.
The lecture, titled ‘Walking our back to the Garden of Eden: Envisioning a Model of the Complete Metamorphosis of the Urban Transportation System Trajectory’, was delivered at the Buba Marwa Auditorium, Main Campus, Ojo, Lagos State.
S.G, as he is popularly called, is a renowned Professor of Transport and one of the very few in the country. His research on the nation’s transport sector over the past decade has transformed our understanding on the sector and made enormous contributions to its growth and development.
Business Hilights reports that his Inaugural Lecture is the 99th in the history of the Lagos State University and the second in the Department of Transportation.
