President of Magnum Business Resorts, a leading stakeholder group at the Lagos International Trade Fair Complex, Mr. Ike Magnus and his management team Tuesday, September 10, 2024, paid an official solidarity visit to the Executive Director and CEO of the complex, Barr Dr. Vera Ndanusa. The visit was to register support for the management of the complex and further declare the group’s readiness to participate in the upcoming November 2024 Commercial and Industrial Trade Fair organized by the management board.
Addressing the ED/CEO during the visit, Magnus hailed her organizational capacity to turnaround the fortunes of the complex in less than one year of her appointment by President Bola Tinubu in the areas of sanitation, security, law and order and most importantly, the return of yearly trade fair and exhibition after over 14 years of inactivity.
Continuing, he explained that his upcoming massive plaza in the complex is designed to have alluring spaces for businesses like high quality diagnostic centre, Lithium battery, power and energy accessories, computer and phone batteries, Magnum batteries and others.
He added that the rooftops which are concretes are structured to serve as choice sports and entertainment arena.
On the level of completion of the imposing plaza, he revealed that finishing touches are ongoing with state-of-the=earth materials noting that the entire floor has been lifted with smooth concrete surface to match the high quality emerging massive magnum Business Resorts plaza.
Responding, Ndanusa expressed happiness on the business intelligence of the Magnum Business Resorts Group for investing in the complex. She assured the group of the support of the management whenever they are in need.
The ED used the opportunity to encourage other independent stakeholders to emulate the management of Magnum Group in coming to pick fair participation form and even join in sponsoring the November Trade Fair (#CITF2024) in the complex.
