Foreign Investor Scouting for Diesel, Fuel on Okada

By Ikeddy Isiguzo
ANOTHER foreign investor is impressed with the ease of doing business in Nigeria. He is in search of fuel or diesel, some say for his generator at home or the factory.
They may all be wrong. He could be on a market survey on how badly Nigeria could do with functioning refineries.
Is it possible he wants to fuel his car to head to the airport? Or to the bank to witness the authorised mayhem that change of bank notes is causing?
How do I know he is impressed? He is balanced with such ease on the motorcycle that his next call could be to other investors to reap from Nigeria’s inputs to the global economy.
Of course, you know who to thank for these giant strides.
