…As GMD explains targets of GAIM Season 4 promo

President of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), Babatunde Ruwase, Wednesday, described Fidelity Bank Plc as clear leaders in supporting the activities of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Nigeria.

In his address during the Fidelity Bank Day at the ongoing 33rd Lagos International Trade Fair at the Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS), Lagos Island, he said “Fidelity Bank has carved a niche for itself supporting growth and development of budding businesses across Nigeria”.

“Fidelity Bank had been consistent in holding Special Days at every Lagos International Trade Fair and this has assisted in no small measure in deepening business connectivity and creating values that grow SMEs.

According to him, efforts of Fidelity Bank in driving budding and growing SMEs have started yielding fruits as the bank continues to deepen investments and financing deals in power, export and imports supports and retail banking incentives.

Earlier in his welcome address, the Group managing Director of the bank, Mr Nnamdi Okonkwo, gave insights on why the bank recently flagged off season 4 of ‘Get Alert In Millions Promo,’ saying the target is to deepen the saving culture of Nigerians.

The GDM, represented by the Executive Director, Corporate Banking, Mr Obaro Odeghe, said “Fidelity Bank is committed to customers’ business growth and welfare from time to time”.

“On the ongoing season 4 of GAIM Promo, we are giving out N120m in six months of the promo to customers to add value to their lives and businesses.

“Today, we will be celebrating 10 customers, who have remained committed to our offerings. While five of them will go home with N500,000 each under our Fidelity Saving Loyalty Scheme (FSLS), the other five will get alert of N150,000 being their Fidelity School Fees Support Scheme.

According to him, the cash given to the customers will among other things help them enrich their businesses and better their lives.

The bank used the Special Day at the ongoing 2019 Lagos International Trade Fair to rollout advantages of opening accounts in the bank so as to join other millions of Nigerians in gaining from the promo and other goodies coming with running any kind of account at Fidelity Bank.

All of the FSLS and School Fees Support beneficiaries thanked Fidelity Bank for the support and advised Nigerians yet to open an account in the bank to do so at the fair or any of the bank’s branches nationwide.
