Chief Executive Officer of APM Terminals Apapa, Mr. Morten Engelstoft has met with staff and customers of the leading West Africa’s container terminal and expressed confidence on the Nigerian economy.
In his address, he assured the staff that “My priority is to create a company that is an attractive place to work”.
Giving further highlights on the drive of his administration at the terminal, he said “We need to be able to attract the best people, hold on to the best people and people who are motivated to engage and thereby delivering a better performance. As we are building a new strategy, we have the component on how we can make certain that in the future, we have the employees in the company that are necessary to deliver successfully”.
He said APM Terminals works with best-in-class Business Partners to help our customers succeed in the marketplace.
