Shipping position sited by our correspondent yesterday showed that 28 ships laden with petroleum products, food items and other goods are expected to arrive Apapa and Tin-Can Island ports in Lagos from Oct. 17 to Nov. 5.
NPA said that the expected ships contained buck wheat, bulk sugar, general cargoes, slug, base oil, bulk gypsum, frozen fish, containers and petrol.
The document noted that three ships had arrived the ports, waiting to berth with petrol, while other ships were waiting to berth with containers, bulk fertiliser and frozen fish.
16 other ships are at the ports discharging general cargoes, bulk wheat, containers, empty containers, bulk sugar, bulk charcoal, bulk sugar and petrol.
