Testimony galores have started emerging for agro investors across the world who keyed into the prophesy of TB Joshua few years ago.

Prophet TB Joshua is the founder and leader of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN), operators of Emmanuel TV, headquartered at Ikotu, Alimosho Local Government Area of Lagos State.

Few years ago, TB Joshua released prophesy from God, saying farming investments will be the next foreign exchange earner for people and countries that can invest now. He emphasized the need for Africans and mainly Nigeria to go into farming as the next economic downturn will be saved by investments in farming and all genuine investment in farming will be greatly rewarded.

In fact, according to him during the prophesy, “People and countries that will invest into farming will be celebrated”.

One of the international celebration of farmers who cashed into the prophesy has happened in Liberia.

This was manifested when a woman driver who invested in Cocoa and other fruits farming, Mrs. Rebecca Edwards Kalayi was honoured by the President, Madam Sirleaf Ellen Johnson celebrated her and family with a prestigious national medal.

Giving her testimony at the floor of the SCOAN on Sunday Live Service, she revealed that if other nationals have their way, they would have taken Prophet TB Joshua away from Nigeria so as to gain more from his spiritual wealth from God.

Additional investigations by Business Hilights into the life and activities of the award winner, Rebecca Edwards Kalayi showed that she is the founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of leading non-governmental and non- profitable organization, the Center for Women Agriculture Program Inc.(CWAP) in Monrovia, Montserrado County Republic of Liberia since 2006.

Also, her husband, Mr. Edward Kalayi is the Program Manager.

Other roles of the NGO, apart from investing heavily in farming include gender campaign in the areas of rescuing girl mothers who abandon their infants pre-maturely due to lack of support by the boy- father, who has learnt no skill to support the family and so he cannot do anything at all, empowering widows and the widowers and general empowerment of the needy.

In his remarks shortly after the award presentation, the husband, Edwards, said in his Facebook account that “This is the day my family waiting for Her Excellency, Madam Ellen Johnson Sirleaf President of the Republic of Liberia Honored my wife as Best Farmer 2017”.

Other followers also commented. Amos M. Ballayan, said “This is really great…hope other women can see and take inspiration from what Rebecca Sia Kalayi is doing. From a driver to a big Liberian farmer”.

Another follower, Ebenezer Aikins said “Congratulation my honourable CEO and President. very proud to be part of you”.

Continuing, he said “This is a big honor CWAP, ADAL and the Kalayi and Sena family. God bless us all”.

Business Hilights recalls that the State of Israel had few months ago, planned a similar move, but due to pleas from the Nigerian government and millions of citizens, there are indications that Prophet TB Joshua may have kept the view in abeyance.

But several nations have been inviting him for spiritual cleansing and crusades. In fact, he recently came back from a national crusade in Paraguay.

Even here in Nigeria, both the federal government and several state governments also connected to the prophesy as in the last one year, Argo investment surpassed inflow of funding more than other sectors of the economy and the feat has lead to the exportation of yam for the first time in Nigeria.

Besides, Cashew Nut exports are growing even as over 10 states are now ready to flood Nigerian market with branded rice before the end of the year. Some of the states in the race include Lagos working with Kebbi State to produce Lake Rice brand, others are Ogun, Imo, Anambra, Corss River, Ebonyi and so many northern states.

Recently at the Business Meeting of world leaders during the 72nd United Nations’ General Assembly (UNGA) at the New York, Africa’s richest industrialist and president of Dangote Group, Alhaji Aliko Dangote said “Agriculture, Agriculture, Agriculture Africa will soon be the food basket of the world”.
