After beating the
imagination of Nigerians to appear in Office on Tuesday this week, President Muhammadu Buhari beat another immagnation to skip Wednesday’s federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting.
But on Friday, he made his first public appearance in weeks, walking smart and having some handshakes with officials’ enroute to and fro Juma’at Prayers within the Presidential Villa.
Our Correspondent said he demonstrated unexpected fitness, trekking not less than 600 meters to and fro his residence to Aso Villa Mosque for Juma'at Prayers.
During one of the handshakes, a presidential staff attempted to handover to him an official envelope but he tactically avoided it as the same staff followed him closely.
Video posted on Twitter by presidential aide Bashir Ahmad showed Buhari dressed in white, shaking hands with fellow worshippers and waving after the service.
President Muhammadu Buhari had missed three straight sets of FEC meeting on grounds of momentary recuperation from ill health based on Doctor’s counsel.
Business Hilights Family wishes him speedy recovery and good health to drive the ship of the country effectively.
