Business Hilights considers public requests, opens news line on Nigeria’s 2019 Election
The management board of leading Nigerian business news gateway, Business Hilights on Monday, April, 16, 2018, reviewed the rising public demands by Nigerians and international readers to create a fresh news category to track and monitor political developments and buildup to 2019 General Elections. At the end, the broad approved Nigeria Election 2019 Category set up. The board also will consider resting the desk shortly after the conclusion of the elections next year.
Already four experienced political correspondents and analysts have been drafted in to handle the desk and will henceforth be churning out strategic news, analysis and reportage on political economy of Nigeria and build up to the general elections.
A statement signed by the chairman of the company and Editor-in-chief, Prince Stan Okenwa revealed that the “First set of stories giving updates on Nigeria’s general election in 2019 will begin to flow and trend on site from Tuesday, April 17, 2018”.
